We have a full, on-site concierge available Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Services include: hotel bookings, restaurant reservations, taxi hailing, travel and event bookings.

Fitness Centre
HSBC Place has a full state-of-the-art fitness centre available to our tenants. The centre is located on the second floor of the building and features:
- cardiovascular and weight training equipment
- a multipurpose room for stretching and warm ups
- virtual class by LIVx
- male, female and unisex change room
- lockers, showers and towel service

Conference Centre
HSBC Place offers three conference rooms located on the second floor of the building for tenants use. Each conference room can accommodate up to 22 people seated or the three rooms can be combined to hold up to 80 people seated.
Each conference room features:
- Seat up to 22 people
- Ability to modify seating set up
- Laser projector
- Audio-visual equipment
- Ability to cater meetings through the concierge tenant services
- Kananaskis Room has video conferencing capabilities and servery

Bicycle Parking
HSBC Place provides secure bicycle parking on the second floor of the parking garage with easy access to the fitness centre, change rooms and towel service.
The bicycle parking features:
- Day lockers that can be used for up to 24 hours.
- Mechanic benches for repairs
- Bike lock hooks for overnight storage

Public Parking
Paid parking is available to tenants and guests with direct access to HSBC Place. The parkade consists of seven levels of above ground parking (one level of uncovered above ground parking) and two levels of underground parking.
Access to above ground parkade:
Entrances from 103 Avenue (south side of street) and from 102 Street (east side of street).
Exits onto 103 Avenue (north side of street) and onto 102 Street (west side of street).
Access to underground parkade:
Entrance from 103 Avenue (south side) and 102 Street (east side).
Exits onto 103 Avenue (north side) and onto 102 Street (west side).

Electronic Vehicle Charging
There are seven electronic vehicle charging stations available:
• Seven on the ground level of the parkade
• Six on the third level of the above ground parkade
To connect to a charging station you will require the ChargePoint application, which can be downloaded on mobile device.
